How do I put the brace on?

  • Bend your leg, place the patella brace centered on the kneecap, position the lower strap at the lower edge of the kneecap so that the kneecap sits in the cut-out.

  • Fix the brace with one hand and wrap the strap around the leg with the other hand.

  • Close the Velcro fastener tightly so that noticeable pressure is present, while still allowing enough freedom of movement.
