I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us as the provider (Casmar Limited) via the website my-alphashape.de. Unless otherwise agreed, we object to the inclusion of any terms and conditions you may use.
(2) A consumer in the sense of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its independent professional or commercial activities.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart.” You can access the shopping cart at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there.
After clicking the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout” button (or similar designation) and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping information, the order details are displayed to you as an order summary.
If you use a direct payment method (e.g., PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay), you will either be redirected to the order overview page in our online shop or to the website of the selected direct payment provider.
If redirected to the payment provider, you will complete the data entry there. Afterwards, either on the payment provider’s website or once redirected back to our online shop, your order details will again be displayed as an order summary.
Before submitting the order, you have the option to review, change (also using the browser’s “back” function), or cancel the order.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“place binding order,” “buy,” “buy now,” “order with obligation to pay,” “pay now,” or similar designation), you declare the legally binding acceptance of our offer, thereby concluding the contract.
(4) Order processing and transmission of all information required in connection with the contract take place by e-mail, partly automated. You must ensure that the e-mail address you provide is correct, that receiving e-mails is technically ensured, and that especially no SPAM filters block the messages.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Offered Payment Methods
(1) Payment via PayPal / PayPal Checkout
If you select a payment method offered through “PayPal” / “PayPal Checkout,” the payment process is carried out by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
The available PayPal payment methods are displayed during checkout. PayPal may use additional payment service providers; if special terms apply, you will be informed separately.

(2) Payment via Stripe
If you select a payment method offered by “Stripe,” payment processing is carried out by Stripe Payments Europe Limited.
Available Stripe payment methods are displayed during checkout. Stripe may also use additional payment providers; if special terms apply, you will be informed separately.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Reservation of Title
(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if your claim arises from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) As a consumer, you are asked to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage, and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.
Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.
(3) If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, this deviation is only deemed agreed if you were informed before submitting the contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed upon.
§ 6 Choice of Law
(1) German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) do not apply.

2. Information on the Conclusion of the Contract
The technical steps for concluding the contract, the actual conclusion of the contract, and the correction options follow the provisions under “Conclusion of the Contract” in our General Terms and Conditions (Section I).
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
3.1 Contract language is German.
3.2 The full contract text is not stored by us. Before submitting the order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed or electronically saved using the browser’s print function. After the order has been submitted, the order data, the legally required information for distance contracts, and the General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you again by e-mail.
4. Essential Characteristics of the Goods or Services
The essential characteristics of the goods and/or services are found in the respective product description.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 The prices shown in the respective offers and the shipping costs represent total prices. They include all price components including applicable taxes.
5.2 No shipping costs apply.
5.3 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise (e.g., customs duties, taxes, bank fees) which are beyond our control and must be borne by you.
5.4 Costs for money transfers (e.g., bank transfer or exchange fees) are to be borne by you if the delivery is made to an EU member state but the payment was initiated from outside the EU.
5.5 The available payment methods are listed on our website or directly in the respective offer.
5.6 Unless otherwise specified, payment claims from the concluded contract are due immediately.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Delivery conditions, delivery times, and any delivery restrictions are shown on our website or in the respective product description.
6.2 For consumers, it is legally regulated that the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon receipt — regardless of whether shipping was insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you independently commissioned a carrier not designated by the seller.
7. Statutory Warranty Rights
Warranty rights follow the provisions under “Warranty” in our General Terms and Conditions (Section I).
