Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

 


(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that:

 

  • you ordered one or more items in a single order and the items were delivered together, or

  • you ordered several items in a single order and they were delivered separately, in which case the withdrawal period begins when the last item has been received.

 


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@my-alphashape.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or written letter).

You may use our withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


To process your return, we require a proof of purchase or invoice.


We only replace items if they are defective and the defect is reported within 7 days of purchase. Please send photo or video proof of the damaged item to our returns and exchange center so our team can assess the issue.


If our technician determines that the defect was caused by improper use by the customer, an exchange is not possible. However, if the item arrived defective, you may request an exchange for the same product.


To begin a return, please contact us at info@my-alphashape.de to receive a return authorization and the correct return address.

 

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 


If you would like to send an item back, please contact our support team (info@my-alphashape.de) to receive approval and the exact return address.


 

Return Costs

 


You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.


If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


If you return an AlphaShape product, you will receive a partial refund, minus:

 

  • the shipping cost

  • a 20% restocking fee, or

  • a rejection fee of up to 50% charged by the shipping carrier,

    whichever amount is higher.

 

 

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 


If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may cause delays.

Cancellations

 


Orders can be cancelled free of charge within a short time window after purchase.

If this window has passed, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


If the order has already been shipped, the return and refund policies above apply.

 

 

 

Exclusions & Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

 


The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 

  • custom-made or personalized products made specifically to the customer’s specifications

  • sealed hygiene items once the seal has been removed

  • items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

  • items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
