Shipping Details


Our goal at AlphaShape is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, drawing from extensive experience.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?


The total delivery time consists of two parts:


1) Processing Time:


Within 1–2 business days after your order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. Afterwards, the package is prepared for shipment.


2) Shipping Time:


Once the package has been picked up by our shipping carrier, delivery takes approximately:


  • Germany: 5–10 business days*

  • Austria: 5–10 business days*

  • Switzerland: 5–10 business days*


*All shipping times exclude customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, delays may occur.


Shipping is handled by the U.S. postal service provider ePacket.


We know that fast delivery is important to you, and we work hard to make it possible!

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?


We offer free premium shipping to all our customers. This includes insurance for theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


With this number, you can track your package here.


For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

We offer premium shipping for €2.99. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage of your package.

Orders

Please note that an address change is no longer possible once the order has been shipped. However, please contact us as soon as possible — in some cases, we may still be able to redirect the shipment.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped the following day.

If no tracking information has been sent to your email address within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number by email on the following day.

Tracking information is usually available within 72 hours after dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your order.

Note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, and Klarna Sofort.

When you make an online purchase with your credit card, all your data is entered on a secure SSL-protected website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
